About this house sitting position in Kallangur

Hey all so within the next month or two I will be looking around wanting a pet and home sitter as I must go see family for a while, mind you I have never ever done this before and found out about this just yesterday so here we are. 🙃 My Name is Karen and I live in a two story rental townhouse, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms upstairs, downstairs has kitchen and lounge room. Outside front has a small porch where you can listen to the birds or and chuck some bread out for the local beauty’s entirely up to you they are use to it and may come around when you arrive home. You can sit and listen to my wind chimes on a lovely day. Out the back there is another small porch with table. I Dont do much out their as Iam a lil scared of spiders and there are trees that are high up on a ledge that I obviously can’t cut myself. Have a small yard for my dog to have a ball thrown. And there is no need for mowing as I get a lawn maintenance man to come every Monday, he does cut the front hedges however if you like too that’s fine also if you like gardening, If you dont he will basically. Rent, electricity and water is paid by me when there due and other than that Iam simple just wanting a clean and tidy person to help me look after my treasures this rental is good for a couple or 1 person! Has driveway to park your car in as mine will be in the garage. And I would please like you to go ahead and start for 5- 10 minutes each week over the period I’ll be away. I live extremely close to local shops and food places and other grocers also if you like to buy the ingredients and prepare your own delight go for it :) also only 3 min drive down the road and including a Westfield and restaurant with all cuisines which are a soft temptation for me as I love desserts haha only 6 min drive away. Close to parks and not far from a lake which is beautiful to have a outing at or picnic! The beach is a 15- 20 min drive away however I can show you a little spot not far from home that I go to which is closer. Pets cared for and having cleanliness for them is so important as the place is smallish and any smells they make soon makes its way around the place which isn’t pleasant so keeping it clear and fresh is important to me not only for you but for them also!
Only down fall is I do not have internet ! I use my work phone to connect to my television to watch Netflix, so you can do that with your phone also and hotspot so you can use YouTube or Netflix .I get normal TV and can be watched as I have a cable however it just needs to be taken out from the TV upstairs or just watch it up there. I also have many DVD’s too.
I’ll have instructions for the lil treasures aka my children my babies my daughters both female and best buddies (AzeliahChihuahuaDOG) nickname Azzy and (AzariahRagdollXCAT) nickname RiRi so don’t worry !
Very important my Darling Azeliah suffers from intense anxiety and needs patient people to deal with her you basically have to earn her trust she is scared of everything but has a huge personality once she knows who you are! I’ll talk more into detail when I meet you ! Azariah is just a cuddle bug and is NOT allowed on the small lounge table, TV cabinet or counter top in the kitchen. Both are very quiet endless someone approach’s my door and knocks Azeliah will let you know someone is their !
My treasures are NOT DESEXED ! So from time to month Azariah will call for mating. Her callings aren’t so disturbing well I don’t think and nor do my neighbours, I have had no complaints for all the years I have lived in this townhouse!
I have baby gates in my home for them as when I leave for work or shops sometimes they are so fast to sneak out behind me and have to then chase and put them back inside. Almost gives me a heart attack but they both love the outdoors! Having them on a leash and sitting out the front giving them fresh air and sun time whilst having grass run through their little paws is what it’s about! They only like each other but don’t mix well with others animals so please if you do take for a walk do not let any child or other animal approach Azeliah she gets to frightened and may warn nip them which I just don’t want happening! Keep to yourself and enjoy the walk or run sometimes as she’s gotten older she needs a break, she absolutely is a funny ball of fluff and when relaxed has naps all throughout the day ! As well as Riri she enjoys her ribbon toys that you swing around and she also likes to chase bugs leaves etc out side in the wind when on a leash haha it’s fun for her and she looks hilarious doing it. They both sneak into my bed but Iam trying hard to keep them downstairs to use their own beds as their perhaps a lil spoilt and their fur spreads so quickly. When it’s my bedtime I close all gates and lights off RiRi will most likely be asleep by then but Azzy will want to come upstairs which I get sucked into some times! Once the gate it closed eventually after a whinge Azzy will put herself to bed. There food regimen is easy to follow ! However we only have COMPLEX BINS so you will have to walk a lil to take the rubbish out. Iam sure they will love you it’s just takes time for warming them up to you :)
Ahh so that’s about it just have fun and be safe.
