3x Bedroom Villa Townhouse require house sitting mainly for security and watering garden/lawn.
(Prefer single lady non smoker with no pets.) I have no pets to care for but I do have a small yard needing to be watered and maintained. My home is walking distance to lush tropical parks and crystal clear refreshing swimming creeks. Running/walking paths at my doorstep, close to excellent hiking trails. 10min drive to CBD. ?
