About this house sitting position in KANIVA
Short notice, but great location for a holiday. Not far to Naracoorte Caves, Koonawarra Wine district and more. Friendly country town with, IGA, 2 Hotels, 2 Motels, 2 coffee shops, doctor, small hospital, Probus, Lions Club, Seniors Club, several Churches of different denominations. Warm cozy wood fire and open spaces.
Our home is located on a grain farm, in Kaniva District, the West Wimmera in Victoria. Kaniva is on the Western Hwy, the last town in Vic between Melb and Adelaide. Bordertown is the next town. 31/2 hours drive from Adelaide, approx, 5 from Melbourne. We live 5km from town. We have two 'fur kids', cat and dog and sometimes a few chooks. duties would be just to maintain the house, look after the animals and maybe keep the garden tidy.
Very comfortable home. Only 5 mins from town. Very peaceful. Would love to hear from anyone interested. Bituman road to front door. Free Wifi
