About this house sitting position in KAPUNDA
160 year old stone converted church studio/home with succulent display garden, fish pond and one Siamese cat called Willow. Central to Kapunda township. Just need someone to keep Willow company and feed the fish really. Willow is a fair age now, she sleeps most of the time and does not venture far from the back door. Can be quite demanding of pats in the evening. The church maintains cool temperature through out warmer weather so no need for airconditioning accept on those rare occassions when there is a heatwave of over 4 days, then we just use a fan. (we do have a portable airconditior but have only ever needed to use it a couple of times). We have a combustion stove for those chilly nights. We seem to be in a state of constant renovation so this is a house sit that would most likely suit someone who does not mind a few rough edges. For instance the shower/bath is currently in one of the bedrooms! But if you are up for a bit of an adventure, please drop us a line.
