About this house sitting position in Kardinya

We require services for pet and live in house sitting between December 21st to January 8th. Location: Kardinya 6163

A little about the house and pets needing looking after.
3 x 1 single story house with large front and back yard
recently renovated and fully equipped in a quiet neighbourhood/street in Sardinia.

We have 2 indoor only cats - Mumma Meow 13 year old and Kink 9 month old who are very very friendly. The cats are low maintenance, we just feed biscuits and wet food every now and then. I also use shredded newspaper as cat litter (low environmental impact).

We also have a 2 year old extremely well behaved South West Carpet Python who will need feeding once a week.
We also have a lot of indoor plants that will need to be watered, as well as some outdoor plants, small veggie garden and lawn that is hooked up to retic.

House located on the 513 bus route, 400ms from a bus stop taking you to either Murdoch Train station or Freo. 1.5kms from the Kardinya Shopping centre with Coles, butcher, fresh food. Friendly next door neighbours and quiet street.

A little bit more about us.

I am a graduate architect that works in the City and my partner is a fifo electrician, working 1 week on/1 week off. Both late 20's.

We live in a smoke free home, with the two cats and the snake. We also try to live plastic free/zero waste. We try our hardest to buy unpackaged local foods as much as possible. There will be a lot of pantry items (pastas, rice, beans, spices etc) available to use as well! We have a really big open plan kitchen living room - perfect for big cook ups and tv watching =)

We will both be travelling to Japan in December.

We have solar electricity and hot water, fast wifi, netflix, renovated bathroom and kitchen, spare room with bed and all linen etc needed.
