About this house sitting position in Kardinya

We require services for pet and live in house sitting between December 31st - January 9th. Location: Kardinya 6163

A little about the house and pets needing looking after.
3 x 1 single story house with large front and back yard
recently renovated and fully equipped in a quiet neighbourhood/street in Kardinya.

We have 3 indoor only cats - Mumma Meow 13 year old, Kink 1 year old and Roku a 6 month old, who are all very very friendly. The cats are low maintenance and they also have an outdoor enclosure where they have 24hr access to safe outdoor fun!!

We also have a 3year old extremely well behaved South West Carpet Python. You won't need to feed her, just check her water.

We also have a lot of indoor plants that will need to be watered, as well as some outdoor plants, small veggie garden and lawn that is hooked up to retic.

House located on the 513 bus route, 400ms from a bus stop taking you to either Murdoch Train station or Freo. 1.5kms from the Kardinya Shopping centre with Coles, butcher, fresh food. Friendly next door neighbours and quiet street.

A little bit more about us.

I am an Architect that works in the City and my partner is a fifo electrician, working 1 week on/1 week off. Both late 20's.

We live in a smoke free home, with the two cats and the snake. We also try to live plastic free/zero waste. We try our hardest to buy unpackaged local foods as much as possible. There will be a lot of pantry items (pastas, rice, beans, spices etc) available to use as well! We have a really big open plan kitchen living room - perfect for big cook ups and tv watching =)

We have solar electricity and hot water, fast wifi, netflix, renovated bathroom and kitchen, spare room with bed and all linen etc needed.
