About this house sitting position in Kariong

Requiring someone to stay in our beautiful house to look after beloved 20kg mixed breed dog Gidget and little white DSH cat.
Cat requires medication applied to ear twice daily for hyperthyroidism.....

4 bedroom house. Room with queen bed available as sleeping arrangements.

House has internet, wifi, Foxtel, full kitchen, outdoor intertaining area & beautiful gardens.

Looking for either a quiet single or couple to stay while we are away. Preferably at least middle aged. We do not want our property to be used to entertain while we are away and looking for someone to respect our wishes.

Bus stop only 3 houses away to Gosford & train station. And close to M1 motorway.

Close to Bush.
Quiet culdesac with protective neighbours.

Hot tub requires a small amount of maintenance while we are away as well as a bit of watering for the garden.....

We require copy of police checks, references and id’s before the stay.
