About this house sitting position in KARRINYUP

Looking for extremely reliable and loving travelling or Retired Couple to help mind our home and our boy Bruno 🐶

What: Most importantly first is our almost 4 year old Hungarian vizsla Bruno, needs to be walked and fed daily, given attention and not left alone for large periods of time.high energy loves the beach and people.
4 Bed plus Study, Pool, Wi-Fi, paid tv, air conditioned throughout, kids monkey bars and a huge trampoline on a quiet double cul-de-sac located in KARRINYUP (North of River), close to restaurants, beach and shopping centre there is also room for a caravan or trailer up to 24 foot caravan plus uncovered car space and a garage to store your belongings.

Who: We are looking for an extremely reliable couple or a family who are or would like to be home bodies or looking for a place to rest for a couple of weeks, you will need to stay at our home for the entire duration and not have plans to stay elsewhere. We need someone who doesn’t mind a clingy friend who will try and sneak into bed with you, doesn’t go out all hours of the night and is home a good amount during the daytime, will treat our dog and house like their own, you will potentially know how to operate a lawn mower (just one time, while we are gone) and doesn’t mind watering some plants every couple of days.
Strictly no parties or extra guests to stay over who aren’t already a part of house sit.
Police clearance and any references from previous sits would be highly appreciated.
