About this house sitting position in Katoomba

I've recently moved to North Katoomba with my three cats, I travel a lot for work and it was never a problem to find cat/house sitters in Sydney CBD, mostly friends or friends of friends. Up here in the mountains it's proving a little more difficult!
The house is newly built so its modern, well insulated and heats up nicely, it is pretty cold up in the mountains during the winter months so the heating was an important factor for me when moving in! It has fast speed NBN and lovely bush views from the windows at the back. Would be ideal for someone who works from home and likes peace, quiet and nature.
It's really on the far edge of Katoomba so it's away from highway and town centre, in a very peaceful area with lots of trees and native birds. It's about a 7-8 min drive to Leura village or 5-6 mins drive to Katoomba town centre and train station so not too isolated but you'd probably find it a little inconvenient if you don't have a car, there's plenty of parking space on the drive way.
My three female cats are all very well behaved and friendly, they're quite young still, all between 1-2years so they're quite energetic and need a little bit of play time each day. They're all indoor cats so I would prefer someone who is experienced with keeping cats inside, and won't be forgetting to close the front door as they come in!
Katoomba itself is a lovely place to stay if you're an outdoorsy type and love nature, the mountains are just beautiful and there are plenty of places to go hiking. There's also a very welcoming community up here, lots of artists, cute cafes and yoga classes.
