About this house sitting position in Kelvin Grove

Looking for someone to look after our home and 7 year old Maltese/Shih Tzu Barney from 12th-28th December.
Barney is very easy to care for, loves people but doesn't love other animals in his space.
Barney only requires a few dry biscuits in the morning and evening and plenty of water, otherwise is happy with short walks and is well behaved off leash in the nearby parks. He is usually at home alone throughout the day when we are at work, so he is fine to be left alone for periods.
Our home is a townhouse in Inner Brisbane North with courtyard, air-conditioning and guest car-park spot.
Very well connected to public transport, 300m walk to supermarket and 10 minute bus to the city.
We would require some infrequent watering of our house plants, but there are very little other jobs to do around the home.
You will stay in the guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and balcony, with large bathroom with bath and shower.
