About this house sitting position in Kincumber

We are looking for a mature couple or single person who would be interested in looking after our house, garden and a six year old rag doll cat.
No children or pets please.

We live on the Central Coaat NSW in a gated community of 10 homes all on acreage.
We have 3 acres and surrounded by magnificent huge old gumtrees which attract bellbirds, kookaburras and other native birds.
Our home is quite large and comfortable and looks out onto landscaped lawn and gardens.
Very quiet and tranquil.

As we live on the Central Coast we are very close to 6/7 beaches , all within 15 minutes by car. Our local Kincumber shopping centre is excellent: there is a very large Coles Supermarket, excellent butcher, fishmonger , fruit shop, coffee, cafes and a big Westfield shopping centre only 20 minutes away, with Hoyts theatre- Erina Fair.


We have gardeners to mow lawns and maintain shrubs, hedges etc .
But there will be watering involved,
A large part of garden is native planting so tolerant to heat and lack of watering.
But there are a few areas which need regular watering; pots, veggie garden etc. this would be one of your major tasks as we do not have watering system.

Keeping paved area swept and tidy outside the house in between fortnightly visits of gardeners would also need to be done.

We have cleaners fortnightly, for heavy housework - mopping of wooden floors etc But would expect day to day cleaning and tidying to be up to you

The house is quite large and modern.
There are 4 bedrooms, study, and 3 bathrooms and large living areas all with lovely views out to the garden and gums and sounds of birds. Especially bellbirds.
It is very peaceful here.
There is a huge wooden deck to sit out and enjoy the bush and birds
The Gas BBQ is located here.

The guest area - queen size bed- is upstairs with own bathroom, which is where you would be, but if stairs are a problem, there are 2 bedrooms - twin beds-at rear of house with bathroom.
This is the area where TV room is located.
