Beautiful, modern unit with 2 bedrooms both with ensuites. Located on Lake Burley Griffin. Facing the wetlands, stunning 7 metre view of the water and wetlands. You can also see cows. 4 minute walk to restaurants and bars. 10 minute walk to Superbarn and more restaurants and shops. Secure underground parking. Located at Kingston Foreshore. Lovely neighbours, that you can be introduced to if you wish.
Mind 2 adorable, female Jugs (Pug x Jack Russell) and water plants. The girls are healthy 9 year olds. I require someone who is able to be at home and walk the girls first thing in the morning, again around 2pm and later in the evening. As I am in a unit they need the walks to do their business outside. As a safety measure they do have a grass wee pad in the laundry. They love to snugglesleep on the bed or in a bed on the floor beside you.
