About this house sitting position in Kingsville

We are a young couple living in a beautiful and renovated 3 bedroom detached house on a quiet street in Kingsville. These consist of master bedroom with ensuite, guest bedroom, and dedicated office. The living, kitchen, dining space provides an amazing open plan space with bi-fold doors to the back of the house and to a centre courtyard.

There are two dedicated desks in the house, and we provide high speed NBN. We are conveniently located 10 minutes walk from West Footscray Station and 10 minutes walk from Seddon Village. Our house has full ducted air conditioning / heating throughout and an additional split system in the living space.

We have two very lazy labradors (3 and 4 years old), they require very little work and are quite happy without going for a walk if you are not up for it. We are looking for someone to stay in the house with the dogs as they are not used to being left alone overnight, however you can come and go at your leisure and they are fully accustomed to being left alone all day. We ask that anyone staying here stays in the house on New Years Eve.
