About this house sitting position in Kippa Ring

I have a 4 bed, 2 bath brick home with an in ground pool (creepy crawly does the cleaning work). Quiet cul-de-sac location with friendly neighbors. Walking distance to a large shopping centre complete with movies and restaurants, 5 mins drive to the beaches of Redcliffe and surrounds. Walk to train and buses.
I have two indoor cats and two cockatiels. The birds stay in a large cage.
I would need all of the pets looked after and pampered, lawn mowed when required and the pool, (which is very low maintenance) checked and basic cleaning maintenance done. I can easily show the pool maintenance, very basic.
