About this house sitting position in Koorainghat

I have a 2 bedroom house on 1/2 acre near Taree. The house is comfortable, cosy with a lovely verandah to sit and watch the birds. There several beautiful beaches within a 15 minute drive- Forster, Halliday Point and Old Bar, Taree is about 10 minutes drive.
I need someone who is happy to potter in the garden and do the mowing for approx 3 months from late December,early January until the end of March.
