Large modern country home on 3 acres abounding with wildlife overlooking Kooralbyn Valley. Fully air conditioned, under cover parking for 3 cars, 4 bedrooms, study, 2 bathrooms, rumpus, swimming pool & covered outdoor areas. Smoking only outside thank you. Our 3 lovely old cats live here and need looking after. Life here is so peaceful, tranquil and beautiful. Internet, huge TV, great hi-fi system and WiFi throughout. Only a few pot plants to be watered. Kooralbyn is a small village with shops, doctor, chemist, a licensed restaurant, golf course, Resort and air strip, located 27Km from Beaudesert, 1.5 hours from either Gold Coast or Brisbane. It's so quiet here, you'll love it
