About this house sitting position in Kurrajong
We have a 2 bedroom loft house on 10 bush acres in Kurrajong, with an indoor cat and a dog. Our dog likes to be wherever we are, often going for bushwalks on the property. She sleeps inside in the kitchen at night.
We have planted numerous flowering natives and set up bird baths which need to be monitored to keep the water fresh for the 80+ species of native birds (and the occasional possum or wallaby) who visit. Other than that there is not much maintenance as the property is mostly bush.
Our place is situated in a quiet location near the end of a dead end road about a 10 minute drive from Kurrajong village. The house was originally set up as a B&B and has a mountain holiday feel about it. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning but also an open fireplace and we will provide wood for fuel.
We require someone neat and tidy who loves animals and nature.
