About this house sitting position in Lakewood

We are looking for someone (or a couple) to take care of our home and garden plus 2 pusscats. It is a modern, easy care 4br 2 bthrm brick home in very quiet street with lovely outlook on the mid north coast NSW. Garden duties are only watering when necessary in dry weather. There is lots to see and do in this very scenic area with lovely walks along nearby lake and the Camden Haven River (great fishing) and beaches are a 10 min drive. Airconditioning (for heating/cooling), ADSL wi-fi internet, lge TVs with Netflix. Small shopping centre with Woolies, chemist, butcher etc. 2mins up the road. Port Macquarie can be reached in 35 mins via the Pacific Hwy. Local bus available and also north/south train line is situated at nearby Kendall, about 10 mins away.
Pets comprise of two delightful Himalayans (9yr olds) . They are indoor/outdoor pusscats but confined inside at night. Fairly timid but will come around within a couple of days. You are very welcome to stay a day or two prior to our departure to get to know them and them.
