Our house was built in 2014 and is located in a new estate in the beautiful Largs Bay area. It is appropriately 1 km to the beach with footpath access the whole way and a scenic path along the coast for walks or rides. Main bedroom and spare room are both set up with queen beds and the third room has a cot and is set up as a babies room. It is a 600m walk to the bus stop to the city, alternatively a 900m walk to the train station. Located 2.4km to the lovely Largs Pier hotel which is great to watch the sunset over the water whilst enjoying some local cuisine and drinks. 3.7 km to the bustling semaphore precinct filled with lovely cafes, pubs, parks and grassed areas by the water.
The historic and renewed Port Adelaide is only 4km away.
2 x cruiser bikes available for rides along the water. There is an option for one vehicle to be available.
Within an hours drive to The McLaren Vale, Barossa Valley and Adelaide hills which all boast World class wineries and the historical German town Hahndorf for day trips.
With the house comes Raffa who is our 2 year old much loved Groodle (Golden retriever x Poodle) who loves walks and keeping you company. He is very friendly with our 8 month old son and adapts well to children of different ages.
HD television with multiple gaming consoles, blue ray DVD player and Netflix available.

We ask that a modest agreed amount be paid for utilities.
