About this house sitting position in Lauderdale

Townhouse, over two floors, small garden.
We have a 3-year-old Labrador and a 4-year-old ginger cat. Looking for someone that enjoys walks and looking after homely animals. Nonsmoker please. Foxtel is the go.
Our Lab loves his morning walks, whether it beach or road.
If you need to leave him while you go out, then once he has had his walk in mornings, then leaving him up to 4-5 hours shouldn't be a problem. He likes a gentle walk in the evenings. Loves cuddles and he is a happy boy.
Our Cat is very cuddle too, loves to be outdoors and has a good routine on feeding.
