About this house sitting position in LAVINGTON

I have space at my property for anyone who can clear a 2.6m carport. There's ample room for both your vehicles and your vans

Access to water and power. Happy to provide key to utilise the kitchen/bathroom and a bed on cold nights.

House doesn't have anything in it except one double bed. No fridge, no washing machine no internet. Not even a spoon to make a coffee.

It's an investment home I can't rent til March and need a flexible sitter looking to save on site fees.
I expect the sitter to mow the lawns and water my veggie garden

Prefer long term sitter whose good with me returning to renovate. I live in Sydney but at the property currently until I find the right traveller.

Property is in Lavington, NSW.
2kms from the Albury /Wodonga border.

QLD border is about to be shut. Ideal arrangement for anyone looking for a base to wait our the border closures rather than returning home.

House sitter agreement will need to be signed, ID photographed and would appreciate regular property updates.
