This first floor 1 bedroom apartment is available over the Christmas period. All modern amenities, clean and tidy with a large comfy queen size bed. Large balcony that looks over westerly hills of Canberra. Unlimited wifi and air-conditioning for those warmer days. Jasmine, my 12 year old tabby cat needs human interaction daily, although happy enough to be left on her own, just likes to know someone is there. She enjoys breakfast and dinner. One undercover carpark. Ideally the apartment is suited for one person. There are 9 units, fairly quiet location.
