About this house sitting position in LEEMING

We are looking for the right person/couple to look after our very comfortable 4-bedroom family home in a nice quiet neighbourhood. There are parks and restaurants within walking distance. Public transport is easily accessible, making bus and train rides into the Perth CBD simple.

We have 2 lovely indoor cats; one is quite shy initially, and the other is a bit vocal about meals, who will tell you he's allowed to eat any time, any thing, any quantity. Don't believe him. And although he has a kidney ailment, the only requirement is to ensure that he eats only his special food, not his brother's, and vice versa. To be up-front about the few things that need doing around the house, we highlight that our 2 cats are kept indoors and so there is daily clearing out of their litter trays required.

We have reverse cycle airconditioning, NBN wifi, and smart-tv with necessary apps.

Our modern and comfortable home features a gourmet kitchen.

Apart from looking after our cats, there is watering of pots and hanging baskets to be done - subject to the rain. The bulk of the garden is watered from the auto retic system, and you can harvest produce from our raised vegie beds.

You will see that we leave our house tidy and clean, and hence we ask that it be kept the same way, and cleaned at the end of your stay. We only point that out because of a previous experience.
