Our property sits within the Loch Village community, 7.5 acres of 360 degree views to the surrounding hills and farms, and overlooking the Village.
There is approx 2 acres of gardens and lawns, somewhat rustic, which we like to keep mown weekly, using our zero turn ride-on Mower. The gardens may require some weeding, mostly rose dead heading; and the veggie patch harvest will be yours to enjoy.
The house is a comfortable 4 bedroom home, with Koonara heating, unlimited WiFi.
