About this house sitting position in Loganholme

Hi! We’re the Roberts family and we have a newly renovated home on half an acre of gardens, South of Brisbane in the suburb of Loganholme. Our home is easy to maintain, we mainly just need someone to care for our Russian Blue Cat, Edward and water our house plants. We are very welcoming and happy to have you stay in our home and enjoy it just as we do.

We don’t require any yard maintenance or much else in the way of upkeep, only just someone to give our cat some attention and feed him in the morning and evening and of course just feel at home while you’re house sitting.

We have a Chef’s style kitchen, a dedicated coffee nook & bar with espresso machine and grinder, a wine fridge and 2 queen sized bedrooms, the master with an ensuite. We live in a leafy, quiet street, close to the river and parklands, but still within a 5 min walking distance to a small shopping village and a 10min drive to a large shopping centre.

It’s the perfect location between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with about a 1.5 hour drive to Byron Bay and about a 25min drive to all the theme parks. Perfect for some sightseeing and soaking up all that Queensland has to offer over the Christmas Period.

We are looking for someone who has flexibility with dates to come and mind our home during the December/January period, starting from 12th December until 26th December and then again from the 2nd January until the 7 th January. **Please note that there will be a 7 day break in between housesitting (26th Dec-2nd Jan) as I have a family member from overseas coming to stay at my house at that time.
