About this house sitting position in Lower Mitcham

I live in a 2 bedroom house with 2 miniature poodles and a Burmese cat. The house has just had a new kitchen and bathroom installed, and is about one minute's walk from the train station to the city or to Belair in the Adelaide hills.
The house has reverse cycle airconditioning throughout, plus a gas heater in the main living area.
The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and I have friendly neighbours.
Mitcham shopping centre is a 2 minute drive (or one stop on the train) away, and has wonderful shops plus a cinema. There are restaurants nearby also.
