I have a modern 3 bedroom home, with plenty of room to relax. The house has central heating, split system in the main living area, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area. A large kitchen with all the latest amenities, dining area, separate laundry, remote control lock up garage.
Lucas is a 10 minute drive to the heart of Ballarat, and there is a local shopping centre with supermarket and several other smaller shops.
Lots of lovely walking tracks and gardens, and a very peaceful suburb of Ballarat
There is not a lot of garden to maintain currently, but a nice lawn and alfresco area at the back of the house.
I have a 5-year old Cavalier King Charles - George - who is very loving and friendly, and loves company. He does like a walk, but is also happy to play out the back with a ball. He is an inside dog, and has his own Doggie Door to come and go as he pleases.
