We have an easy care open plan 3 bedroom home with heating (heat pump)
Just 5 mins from CBD and with a bus stop right outside the door. Water and mountain views in a quiet area of the neighborhood. Close to shops and services.
We require an animal loving person or couple capable of caring for our 4 indoor rescue cats (1 aloof adult, 3 friendly youngsters - they love cuddles, food, scratches, and more food, they are strictly indoor only cats which means you will need to regularly change their kitty litter trays) outside we have 2 ducks and 5 chickens which are easy to feed and like to free range in the backyard at least once a week.
