Situated in the much sought after Inner North of Brisbane, the house is a small wooden Queenslander with two bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite. It has all the mod cons including ,air con, dishwasher, flat sceen digital tv, washing machine and dryer. There is also a beautiful deck out the back which is perfect for morning sun and a wine in the evenings while watching the sunset over the trees. It is walking distance to amenities such as Lutwyche shopping centre and the Lutwyche Busway, as well as being situated right on the Kedron Brooke bikeway and super close to other beautiful green spaces and parks in the area which contain playground equipment, barbeque facilities and even a table tennis table! All that is reuired of you during your stay is to be respectful of the space, maintain general cleaning and some plant watering and looking after a gorgeous, somewhat shy but very affectionate tortoiseshell cat called Isis. I live in this house with my daughter. We love colour and I am quite creative being a musician and music therapist which is reflected in the space. There is fairly full bookshelf on the far wall you are welcome to browse! Hopefully you will find it as cosy and comfortable as we do :)
