About this house sitting position in Malvern East

Gorgeous north-facing 3 Bedroom/1 Bathroom home, with open living, dining & kitchen. Oversized bath and shower with instant programmable hot water. Great kitchen with gas cooktop and dishwasher. Huge backyard, with pool and spa and a great cubby house out the back if you have kids.

We are walking distance from Chadstone Shopping Centre, Matthew Flinders Hotel, East Malvern Station heaps of restaurants etc. You can bike ride the Gardiners Creek Trail all the way to the city. Easy access to the Monash Freeway with no traffic lights to the City OR to the Mornington Peninsula. Across the road from Phoenix Park adventure playground, library, skate park & community centre.

Requirements:
- Feed 2 cats with dry food minimum twice daily (we generally do breakfast when we wake up and let them out of their 'bedroom' (AKA the laundry), dinner around 5.30pm, and then a few bits to entice them to their 'bedroom' at night).
- Keep water topped up and fresh (i.e. A clean out 2 times a week).
- Empty litter tray 1-2 times daily. Wash and change all litter at least once a week (possibly more frequently if soiled).
- Water plants as required.
- We also have a large swim spa, which will need some chemicals put in as required. But you'll get to use the spa and pool!
