Relax and make yourself at home with two old cats who like nothing more than to sleep and eat all day. Feeding them is the most important requirement. Your room will have a lovely outlook onto a low maintenance garden. Pool has been shut down for winter months. You would also have use of another room as a dressing room or for storage. Very close to town centre and lovely walk along water’s edge to coffee shops, restaurants, movies and theatre. Public transport buses to train station and only 1 hour from city of Perth. Suit retired or working persons.
