Modern secure, private 2 bedroom (plus sunroom/third bedroom) home, fully air conditioned, renovated luxury bathroom, modern kitchen with all amenities. Lovely lush garden and lawn area (all reticulated) huge covered deck area with comfortable new outdoor furniture. Gated back garden and locking gate driveway and carport for front entry. Cul de sac location 5 mins walk to dog beach, marina, cafes and 10 minutes walk to centre of town.

A mature age couple would be preferred to maximise the at home time with dogs. We have two beautiful female dogs - a 3 year old Cavoodle and an 18 month old golden retriever. Both very spoilt but loving and affectionate. They require daily walks (they love the beach and going to cafes), any attention, pats and cuddles.

We are very nervous about leaving them for so long so wanted them to be in familiar surrounds with people who love dogs and have the time to spend with them and enjoy their company. We have good neighbours who are very familiar with our dogs so available for advice in our absence.
