About this house sitting position in Mansfield

Hi. We are after a house and pet sitter for about 5 weeks this June/July. We are on a small rural property and have dogs, cats, chooks, pet sheep and horses. Our location is approx 3 km from town which has supermarkets, numerous coffee shops, target and some restaurants. The snow fields are about 50 minutes away and as it will be winter, so expect some frosts. Location would suit someone keen to ski however.
I would like someone who has some horse experience as many of ours are elderly and an experienced eye would be great. We also have helpful neighbours. There is no garden care but a ride on mower is available if keen.
Home is a 3 bd weatherboard. Heating is wood fire and split system. Dishwasher, WiFi is good and Foxtel available.
