About this house sitting position in MANSFIELD

Our home is a four bedroom brick home with a study, and situated at the end of a court in a very quiet street.
We have a nice backyard and sensible garden that requires no work. We have lovely neighbours on one side and an empty block on the other.
We want someone who adores cats, as our beloved boy Solly who will be 18 months when we go away, loves attention and we are retired so home most of the time.
He is very well behaved is a totally inside cat, very clean and has an enclosure he can go out into on lovely mild sunny days.
He sleeps in the laundry at night.
He is a Birman so has long hair so needs to be groomed at least once a week, he loves it, no trouble at all. also his nails will need a clip while we are away, again hes fine with that.
So really we just need a good cat person, prefer a mature lady and on her own if possible. No drinker or smoker.
We live in walking distance to town in Mansfield, and we are only half an hour away from the base of Mt Buller, so when we are away there is possiblity of seeing the snow or going up to the snow.
House is warm and plenty of sun gets into it.
