Old small miners cottage. No Taj Mahal!

Hi lovely sitters.
I’m hoping to find 1 or 2 sitters that would be happy to housesit an old, 3 bedroom but small miners cottage, for a minimum of 1 month starting asap, longer by negotiation.

A consideration may be to let you stay even when I return by negotiation if that suits.

I’m looking for someone/couple that will be happy to maintain the garden & inside.
It’s a very basic garden, but will need a mow, sweep, etc.

It would be a major bonus if you were willing to do other odd jobs such as cleaning as she has been sitting empty for some time so is musty & dusty.

There is no pets to look after, but there’s a slim chance you may need to look after my 2 cats for a week or two, pending that I may need an operation soon. If I don’t, you won’t need to.

Please note there is no internet connected there as I’m never there, But the reception for it is perfect , and you could connect it if you wanted. Otherwise you could tether off your phone( this is what I do) .

Please only reply if you’re a very quiet, friendly, non smoker/ non drinker/ no drugs & cat loving person, and the description suits. I would consider if you have a pet.

Maryborough is a lovely town with everything you will need.
The house is just 5-10 minutes walk to town.
