About this house sitting position in Maryborough West

We have purchased a caravan and are looking at doing a long trip next year (2020), firstly travelling to Tasmania then exploring the southern parts of Australia. We would like to be away approx Feb to end October 2020.
We live in Maryborough, just 3 hours north of Brisbane. We have no pool and no animals to look after however we have a large house block, ¾ acre, and lots of gardens that will need attention at times. We mow regularly with our ride on mower to catch the weeds before they flower. We have a number of fruit trees which are watered by automatic sprinklers.
We have a unique site in that we live within the edge of Maryborough however, on one side of us is cattle, on the other side is sheep and our back fence adjoins a mainly unused railway line. So, as you can see, we have no neighbours. We are 73 Gayndah Rd if you would like to look on Google Maps.
We have two sheds. One should be large enough to park a caravan if you have one. Our home is three bedroom low set brick and has both town water and sewerage connected.
Do you think this is a house sit you may like to take on? If so I can send you photo’s of the house and yard. If you are not certain about the total house sit time would you consider at least taking on part of this time?
