Single-story 3-bedroom townhouse with low maintenance gardens. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis. Short walk to a great local shopping centre with cafes & supermarket, bus stop at end of the driveway & 5-minute drive to a Westfield shopping centre. Parkland over the back fence with walking paths. Car parking available at front of the house.
We have two cats (3 yrs. old) who are bonded siblings. One bold - Indie & one shy - Chewie. We would love to have someone live in our home and maintain Chewie & Indie's routines with feeding, medication and litter cleaning and of course, pats, cuddles and playtime. Chewie requires a small tablet at night. Vet visits in case of emergency (with payment arrangements in place).

House comes with washer, dryer, dishwasher, reverse-cycle air conditioning, ducted heating, treadmill & weights station, access to streaming services, wifi and an office with a spacious workstation. Cleaning service can attend once per fortnight or be postponed if preferred.
