About this house sitting position in Mawson lakes

First and foremost is dog sitting my cavoodle, Pedro! He is 2 years old, very calm, very loving, great obedience and we do agility training. He loves other dogs and is very well behaved. He needs someone who is home a lot, so either someone who is retired, or works from home. And someone who will take him on walks everyday. I have friends in Mawson Lakes who can assist with this if needed.
My home is a detached, 2 storey, 4 bedroom home that faces onto a creek with a walking trail alongside it.
Lots of trails and paths to dog walk, and several lakes to walk around.
Walking distance to a small shopping centre with a Woolworths and Aldi. Dr, dentist, pharmacy. Cafes around the main lake and a hotel.
Walking distance to the train station, 15 train ride to Adelaide, or bus stop around the corner.
20 min drive to the nearest beach, Semaphore, 25 min drive to Adelaide, 40 min drive to the Barossa wine region.
