About this house sitting position in MERNDA
Hi there,
My name is Mericia, I'm a graphic designer; my husband's name is Jan and he is in supply chain management. We have been married for 7 years now and live in the outer suburbs of Melbourne with our cat and dog. We live in a lovely home on a quiet street.
We will be heading to NZL for Christmas and would really appreciate it if you could help look after our place and fur babies. The house and garden is low maintenance, and so it'll just be keeping it tidy/ leaving it as it was left. Outside there is a small backyard that will require the lawn mowed.
The main thing for us is our fur babies. Firstly there is Kiara (5-year-old) female Burmese who like all cats loves napping in the sun. She loves cuddles, a warm lap in the evening and is mostly acclimatized to Duke. Duke is an almost 2-year-old large male Rhodesian Ridgeback and is the biggest sook. He loves cuddles is an understatement with playtime and walks closely following. It would be our preference for you to meet Duke once or twice prior to the sit just so he warms up and its not complete strangers entering into the house. He does warm up quite quick and is super sweet and funny once he gets to know you.
