About this house sitting position in Miami

We are looking for someone, or a couple, to house-sit and pet-sit for 6 nights over Christmas time. We will require a police check and a couple of references/reviews. We have 2 beautiful, old dogs. One is a small daschund cross and the other is a medium bitsa, they are 13 and 14 (and a bit deaf!). They need daily slow, local walks in the early morning or late evening, before it gets too hot in summer. They are both inside dogs when we are home, and the little one likes to sleep in our bed. They love the company of people!
Our home is around 450 meters from the local Miami beach. It is also walking distance to many cafes, takeaway shops, the local shopping centre, public transport and parks. We have Netflix and unlimited wifi. Parking is limited in our area. I think that covers it all, looking forward to hearing from potential sitters :
