This is a 2brhouse with garden 2 blocks from the beach and 10min to the CBD.We have a 7y old Kelpie/Labrador and a 8y old cat.Both love to hang out in the garden but our dog needs a good run in the morning and a walk around the block at night.And our garden needs some watering If this sounds interesting we like to hear from you.
