A 3 bedroom home (2 bed plus office with 2 desks and multiple living spaces. Lovely view of the water from the deck. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly neighbours. Stupidly big loungeroom TV with plenty of streaming services and unlimited fast internet. Reverse cycle aircon. A few minutes from everything you need at the 2 shopping centres in Sorell.

We have a very friendly, well trained, low-maintenance staffy-heeler called Pepper. She's and easy-going and quiet. She's totally fine by herself for a morning or afternoon, or occasionally all day, but she does like to have someone to give her pats at night and tuck her into her crate bed. A little sniffy walk, or an outing to a cafe or Bunnings ticks Pepper's boxes for the day. She loves all people and dogs. Pepper is the only responsibility involved.
