About this house sitting position in Mill Park

Hello guys,
We are living in a small house, 3 bedroom. We have a big yard and a park right across the road. We have unlimited internet and a netflix account.
I guess our main focus is that our animals are well cared for. My dog and cat both sleep inside. My dog is a very complicated dog. He was badly abused and is very timid. He actually has a lovely character when it shines through. He can not be patted inside the house otherwise he snaps. Furthermore, he is not dog friendly. When going for walks he is much more at ease. He is a old man, but having him made it very difficult to go anywhere. Previously we had another dog, who he adored and he was not as scared. But since she has passed away his anxiety just took over.
Charlie does like to lean at people but you will not be able to pat him.
Charlie usually is walked once a day.
I hope we can find someone who will give him a chance, which would allow us to visit my family in germany.
