Basically love animals and gardens.
A 3 bedroom 2 story large home 6 kms out of the town Millicent. We have lovely views of the valley. The home is on 7 acres, we have a orchard, vegie garden, ducks, chickens, 2 x dogs (greyhound and whippet) and 1 x cow. Its really easy to look after and the dogs are indoor and love people. We have Foxtel and good internet. We need someone who loves animals and perhaps has some very basic handyman type skills but not essential. Have workmates that can help if needed.
Our dogs are very important to us and they like company and we have a lovely area they can go for a daily walk from the house. Not arduous as there favourite past time is saying hello, sleeping, sleeping and a walk, and being scratched.
We have a large national park within 5 min drive, if you like 4x4 on sand dunes its fantastic. beachport is 30kms away and is a lovely beach town, very interesting. Southend is 20kms and is a beautiful bay. Lots of coastal walks in these areas. Might be able to get my mate to show you the 4x4 area or might even go out with you.
There are extinct volcanos in the mount gambier area.
Several wine districts with the Coonawarra 50kms away.
The lovely beachside town of Robe is 80kms away. Read more...
