About this house sitting position in Mission Beach

We are a newly wed couple in our 30's who work away from home a few times a year. We own a large 4 bedroom home on acreage in the Mission Beach suburb of Wongaling Beach. We have a beautiful outdoor living area including a pool (no maintenance required by housesitter). 5 mins walk to the beach, 5 min walk to Woolies, 5 min drive to main hub of town - bars, restaurants, shops etc. We will require the lawns to be mowed as necessary (about 2 acres). we also have a few pot plants to be watered as necessary. we have 3 large dogs who will need looking after. They live in their own fenced yard when we are not home but are very loving family pets who enjoy coming inside for a cuddle on the couch (at the housesitters' discretion - we are more than happy for the dogs to remain in their yard). as they have their own 1/4 acre yard to run around, walking the dogs is not a must but would be a bonus. we also have some chickens who will need to be fed and let in and out of their house each day. we are willing to discuss the option of leaving a vehicle for the sitters use. Dates are approximate and not fixed as of yet. will have definite start date within a week or two. end date is variable and will not be set until closer to the time. as we do contract work, the end date will depend on how quickly the work gets done. we estimate that we will be away for approx. two months.
