About this house sitting position in MITCHELTON
Large 4 bedroom home with pool. Prefer single or couple so that only the main bedroom is used.
Plenty of off street parking, can make room for one car in the garage. 90mtrs from Oxford Park Train Station on the Ferny Grove Line, only 20minutes by train to the CBD. Walking distance to restaurants and IGA. A little further walking or one train station away is Brookside with Coles; Woolworths and specialty stores.
Main bedroom is air conditioned. The remainder of home has ceiling fans.
Nice quiet street with lovely neighbours, not being used to a train though, you may hear it often (we don't anymore, as we're quite used to it)
We have 1 Ragdoll cat (9 years old) who is very affectionate and vocal! 1 Cavoodle, 3 years old. They are pretty easy pets, our cat just needs to be fed, cuddled, litter changed and careful not to let him escape - he'll hear a door open from miles away. Our dog loves company and will bark at anybody walking past which can be a little annoying for our neighbours, we have gates that will block her view of the street and she has plenty of room to run and play. She is allowed inside as much you like (she knows she is not allowed up the stairs), she just needs to go out to the toilet every so often. She sleeps inside the laundry at night.
Full use of all pantry items; bathroom items; cooking; entertainment; laundry and pool. We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your time hanging out with our pets.
We would appreciate the gardens and plants watered weekly.
