About this house sitting position in Montville

Going overseas for a holiday and would really appreciate it if someone was able to look after my little dog Latika.

I live on a hillside acreage with beautiful views of the coastline and Sunshine Coast hinterland. I also have plenty of fruit trees!

Latika is a senior dog she's about 15 years old. She's quiet and she sleeps for most of the day. However, she loves being close to us and enjoys a daily stroll in the garden with me. She is an inside dog and generally does not go outside unless I am with her or needs to go to the toilet. I don't have a doggy door so she lets me know she needs to go out by standing next to the door. When she does go out you will need to keep an eye on her so that she doesn't go too far and wander off. She can get confused at times and forget where she is - she is half-blind and has issues hearing.

This would suit someone who can stay home for most of the day. There is no issue with leaving Latika alone at home as long as it's not all day. A car is also a must! I live on Palmwoods-Montville Rd. It's about a 5/10-minute drive to either Montville or Palmwoods but not a very enjoyable walk up the hill.

I would also appreciate it if you are able to water the garden a couple of times a week. There is plenty of gardening to do but it is not a must I just hope to find the right person for my Latika!

The property has good reception however I do not provide wifi. If you do need it I can provide a pocket data sim modem that has limited GB of data for light usage.

My date range is approximate as I have not yet booked flights. I need to make sure I have found a house sitter before I do so however I will likely leave on the 14th and return on the 30th. I would also like you to come stay at the property a couple days before I leave so Latika can get used to you and I have time to show you around, I have a self-contained studio underneath the house with a queen-sized bed that you can stay in during this period.
