About this house sitting position in Moore Park Beach

We are travelling overseas for a special occasion and would love for someone(s) to take care of our precious pets Captain the Dog (5yo) and Mika the Cat (13yo).
Captain is a fun loving goof ball, and would tolerate anything; however Mika is a little shy and would prefer a minder who didn't have their own pets. So please don't reply if you have your own pets.

We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom brick home (plus a self contained 1BR, 1B unit) in Moore Park Beach (approx. 20min drive north of Bundaberg).
Our home is directly opposite the beach (you can see the beach from our kitchen window and the front porch).
There is no air conditioning in the main house, however the unit has an air conditioner - so whatever you prefer is fine with us. We're happy to fit out the unit for your comfort.
There are ceiling fans in the main house and a portable air/con if needed.
We have a fully fenced pool to cool you off if you decide to stay in the un-airconditioned main house.

There is space to park a caravan off street in the driveway or front yard (however our garage is full).
