About this house sitting position in Moorland
Secluded lifestyle property half way between Port Macquarie and Taree but with local shops and facilities closer at Kendall, Lakewood or Harrington. Six minutes off the Pacific Highway. Responsibilities include, one very loveable 9 year old cat,Frida Catlo, (an inside cat) and the chickens of Kluckingham Palace.
Bountiful vege garden and orchard with shade houses. Four open paddocks with numerous wallabies and birdlife as surrounded by forest. Relaxed and open plan house with two living and dining areas, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, two toilets, office and library. Generous wrap around verandah ablaze with wisteria each September/October. Also small guest house, studio, workshop and tractor shed. Your own undercover parking. Ample space for caravan parking
Suitable for resourceful couple with basic maintenance skills and those seeking peace and quiet, creative space or inspiration. Saltwater pool but endless beaches within 30 minutes plus National Parks and reserves.
