3x1 on 3.5 acres. Clean tidy quiet place to stay with one cat to feed and gardens to water. Cat is mostly outside and is quite shy. NBN wifi available.
Adjoining 2x1 Granny flat with gardens to water.
15 mins to main town centre. No public transport. Prefer mature applicants with no children or pets. Ideally they would have their own caravan or similar as there is plenty of space to park up and power/water available.. . Otherwise feel free to apply.
